Papworth Trust is a leading disability charity. Our mission is to support disabled people to have equality, choice and independence in their lives.
We are looking for volunteers who are able to respond to a variety of enquiries. You will need to be comfortable talking to people, some of whom may have disabilities that make communication more difficult. Volunteers will need to be comfortable in an office environment and have past experience using Microsoft Office applications for letters, emails and spread sheets.
The Information Centre aims to give a friendly and efficient service. Enquiries can be made by current service users, carers, support workers, local councils and more. If you are free at least two days a week or more please contact us, we will be very grateful for the support.
As a volunteer agreed expenses will be reimbursed and any necessary training will be provided.
